The Prime Brokers lost their motion for dismissal against Overstock and Novastar last week and with the loss it also appears that they might have lost their minds. The attorney pleading the case blaming the Prime Broker actions on the SEC through a poorly orchestrated game of connect the dots. It is an amusing read. |
