Fraud, Obstruction of Justice, Lies, Cheating...Not a Problem If You Got "Juice" Wednesday, December 20, 2006 (881 reads)
Morgan Stanley has been up to some funny business, which if anyone else had done it, would have landed those responsible in jail. Not a problem though, as with enough juice all you have to do is say, "Sorry" and pay a couple bucks and promise not to lie, cheat, collude, defraud, obstruct justice....ever again. Has a prominent NCANS member discovered Wall Street's Achilles heel? Friday, December 08, 2006 (966 reads)
What if there was a lawful way to financially benefit from targeting companies that have been naked short sold into the ground, without engaging in any sort of conduct that could even resemble manipulation? And what if the SEC was so freaked out by the idea, they wouldn't even acknowledge it in writing, even when directly requested to do so in a "No Action" request?
