Senator Bennett has once again renewed his interest in the naked shorting scandal and this time his concerns are being voiced publicly on the Senate floor.  Calls for Senator Dodd to hold hearings into the abuse are being renewed as the recent state court rulings in favor of Overstock.com once again expose the SEC and DTCC to shoddy workmanship.
