Patrick Byrne announced Sunday, Jan. 29 that the 4th quarter earnings announcement would be a mere 2 days later on Tues., Jan. 31.  Bashers on the Yahoo thread have been suggesting that the filing will be delayed.  Guess that was wrong.

What is Byrne up to?
