It's like it never happened. Nothing in the papers. The "talking heads" certainly aren't talking about this. Is anyone at the SEC or the NASSA asking for more information? It's only been two days, but still you would have thought some reaction.

SO, what happens next is Patrick comes up with something he calls the 107% solution. And this too will be ignored by the DTC, the SEC, all the financial "journalists". Perhaps we'll see it on 60 minutes in 4 or 5 years.

Well,well,well - you throw enough shit against the wall and some of it is bound to stick. Would you believe an article in Forbes with Patrick's smiling face that comes right out and says "Naked short selling". Seems like the 107% solution finally got attention. And then we see TSCM saying nice things about Overstock. Well done, Patrick, keep up the good work.
