Re: Eagletech Amended Complaint Easier Access

Bud,

I sent the same set of links to Gary Weiss who posted them as a comment on his blog. After reading the complaint, I sent sent him a second comment drawing his attention to the allegations concerning naked shorting. When I went back to check if he had commented, his only comment was to remove the first comment with just the links. I guess his Momma did a better job of teaching him, "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything," than my Momma did.

Re: Eagletech Amended Complaint Easier Access

Where can we access the exhibit "A" with the other injured companies?

Reply: The Court required the Exhibits, many thousands of pages, to be filed separately in paper, not electronic form.

Opposing counsel was provided electronic form of the exhibits.

Re: Eagletech Amended Complaint Easier Access

Any way to tell if OSTK and NFI were one of the other harmed companies?

Reply: Not yet, both doubtful in relationship to EATC.

Re: Eagletech Amended Complaint Easier Access

Just a follow up to the last request - so the only recourse to contact the plaintiff’s attorneys and request the same electronic copies that they provided to the opposing counsel? There are a lot of us out here that are wondering if we are referenced in the Appendix.

Reply: The Appendices are being made available on the Web shortly. Be patient.

Re: Eagletech Amended Complaint Easier Access

Thanks for the reply. Even if NFI and OSTK aren't related to EATC, do you think they go RICO anyway?

Reply: If I were a betting man, I would say yes, eventually.
